As a small business, we are aiming to make shipping prices fair for you and also fair for us to continue to be able to grow our business. These rates are calculated by the USPS based on weight. We are not looking to make a profit from shipping, we decided on these rates so we can put more money into new designs and products, instead of paying extra to cover shipping label costs.

Will you send me your clothes in exchange for social media posts?
We do not trade apparel for social media posts. We believe if you love our clothes enough you will purchase and post on your own terms :)
Can I be an ambassador?
Our current term runs February 1 - April 30, stay up to date by signing up for our email list or following us on Instagram (@driftinggypsies) to know when we’re taking ambassadors for our summer term!
Where are items shipping from?
All items ship from Denver, Colorado. If you are located in Denver and would like to save on shipping and pick up your order please email email@example.com
Do you have any active discount codes?
We post all our of active discounts on our social media so be sure to follow us on Instagram (@driftinggypsies) or sign up for our email list to stay up to date.
Can I add to (or change) my order?
You cannot do this manually. If you need to make a change please email firstname.lastname@example.org right away with your name, order number and changes. We will do the best we can to help you. If the order has already been shipped it can’t be changed and you will have to go through the refund' or exchange process below.
We want you to LOVE your Drifting Gypsies apparel and if for some reason you don't let us know.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchasing. Items must be unworn, unwashed & in the new condition you received it.
Send us an email (email@example.com) and we will do our best to work with you.
Please note: you will not be refunded for the shipping cost you paid, just the amount of the apparel.
If you're refunded, you'll get a confirmation email stating your account is being refunded. It can take up to a week for the money to show up in your bank account!
We only offer exchanges for the same item/new size. Availability of the replacement size is not guaranteed but we will do our best to make sure you're satisfied.
Please note: You must pay to send the item back to us, then we will ship your new desired item back to you for free, as long as we have it in stock!
If we do not have it in stock, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment. We will email you to let you know if this occurs.
